At T DeVonne Customs, every item is created with intention and care. Many of our products are made-to-order or part of limited releases, which means we’re unable to offer traditional refunds.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed.
We encourage you to review product details and sizing information carefully before purchasing to ensure the best experience.
Exchanges
We’re happy to make things right if there’s an issue with your order.
We offer exchanges if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- You receive the wrong item
To request an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

- Digital products (downloads, guides, programs)
- Sale or discounted items
- Custom or personalized orders
Shipping Notes
Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, we are not responsible for shipping delays, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
